I invite you to this unique Essential Yoga Workshop where we INTEGRATE ESSENTIAL OILS & YOGA.

You will learn about the chakras (energy centers of your body ) and experience the powerful impact and nurturing quality the oils have on our yoga practice. Weaving essential oils into your yoga practice can deepen and expand your yoga experience in new dimensions with just a few powerful, healing drops. Essential oils assist us in balancing our body, mind and spirit, helping us to recognize the beautiful peace that surrounds and supports us in each moment.

`JOURNEY THROUGH THE LOWER CHAKRAS` helps cultivate strong physical and emotional foundation.

THE ROOT CHAKRA ( energy center) is the first chakra and is located at the perineum. It is the root of your being and establishes the deepest connections with your physical body, environment and the earth. THE SACRAL CHAKRA is the second chakra and it is the center of sexuality as well as emotions, sensation, pleasure and nurturance. THE NAVEL CHAKRA is the third chakra. Its purpose is transformation. It rules over metabolism.

These first three chakras ( or lower chakras) represent a trinity of fundamental principles regulating our physical body and all matter.

The yoga sequence, meditation and mantra work will focus on connecting with the lower chakras with accompanying oils to promote GROUNDING, SEXUALITY AND INNER STRENGHT. Gifts of the used oils and of the poses of the lower chakras include calmness, patience and a willingness to stay in one place.
