November is always a special month because it holds the vibration of the number 11. In numerology, 11 is a Master Number, associated with higher realms, divinity, spiritual awakenings and coming into alignment with your true and highest self.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We will start our evening with a guided meditation opening up a sacred 11\11 portal for us. Then I will bathe you in sacred sounds from Tibetan singing bowls and vocal to help silence the mind, melting away boundaries between being awake and being asleep. The sound oscillations facilitate the movement of energy through the body to deliver a deep energetic reboot of the nervous system.

WHAT TO BRING:

- Yoga Mat - Blanket - Pillow - Eye Covering (this helps to maximize the theta experience) - Water - Wear comfortable and loose clothing
