5 Elements Yoga & Wellness Retreat

Namaste Yogis,

I felt inspired to organise a beautifully nurturing yoga retreat in the mountains, in the enchanting village\ woods of Zoopigi ( Limassol district).

If you feel that you need some Time OFF to recharge your batteries, to slow down & to connect with yourSelf then join me :)

During the retreat we will move around and connect to the 5 elements ( earth, water, fire, air & ether) to REbalance ourselves.  Nature shares its wisdom through the language of the elements. I will gently guide you through various yogic practises to REmember that nature`s wisdom is your own, and by connecting with this wisdom Your Life (your thoughts, feelings, words and actions) can be an expression of nature’s harmony, creativity and beauty.

HIGHLIGHTS:

* Morning hatha yoga and evening yin yoga classes 

* Short lectures about elements 

 * Meditations 

* Sound bath meditation with singing bowls

 * Aromatherapy ( introducing doTERRA essential oils) 

* 1 Magical Sauna Session ( 3 - 4 hours wellness afternoon; wood burning sauna with mountain view, essential oils, honey, AromaTouch Hand Massage by me) 

* Outdoor Jacuzzi with mountain view 

* Hiking 

* Free time, mandala drawing, reading 

 * Visiting Zoopigi village

 * Vegetarian/vegan meals ( breakfast brunch, light lunch, dinner) 

 * Fresh detox juices 

* Shared rooms ( 2 -3 single bed in a room) 

 * Body MASSAGE will be available for EXTRA 40 eur !!

DETAILS:

DATE: 27 - 29th May

 ARRIVING : between 3pm - 4pm, Friday, 27t May

 LEAVING : 3pm, Sunday, 29th May

 LOCATION : The Retreat Centre, in Zoopigi ( 1 hour drive from Paphos and 20 minutes drive from Limassol)

Only 10 spaces are available! I will hold the retreat in case of a minimum of 6 people.

This yoga retreat is not for beginners.

ENERGY EXCHANGE : 315 eur \ person

155 eur deposit is payable until 22nd April. The rest amount (160 eur) is payable until 15th May.

** in case of financial difficulties feel free to reach out to me and we will find a solution :)

* If I have to cancel the retreat because of new Covid measures, me and our host will give back your money. * If I have to cancel the retreat because of personal reasons ( for example: I will be ill) then we will lose our deposit ( 40 eur) for the accommodation. In this case I can offer you a 40 eur Yoga Voucher ( 4 yoga and\ or sound bath meditation sessions.)
