This season of balance and reflection calls for a harmonious union of body, mind, and spirit. Join us for a unique and soul-nourishing experience that combines sacred feminine yoga dance practices (yoga nataraja), sound bath meditation, and the powerful energy of a women's circle.

** DANCE OF FALLING LEAVES : Let your spirit soar as we transition into empowering sacred feminine practices, tools infusing yoga dance (yoga nataraja), temple arts and holistic, conscious dance. We'll create a sacred space where movement becomes a form of meditation, allowing you to release old energy and make way for the new.

* SOUND BATH MEDITATION : Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and vocal . Our sound bath meditation will take you on a deep journey within, helping you to release stagnant, old energies and find inner harmony.

* WOMEN`S CIRCLE: Gather in a supportive and loving circle of women to share stories, wisdom, and intentions. The Autumn Equinox is a time of reflection and gratitude, and our circle will provide a safe and nurturing environment to connect, inspire, and uplift one another.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS: 

 SERAFINA MYSTIX, founder of Ecstatic Dance Cyprus, travels extensively, dancing on sacred, energetic points around the world, teaching and guiding in-person journeys as well creating conscious dance events and collaborating to organise retreats, courses and trainings.  As an Embodied Practices Facilitator and Dance Journey Guide, Serafina holds a belief that dance can be used as a healing modality and has dedicated her life to practising meditative movement and facilitating space for others to explore their own natural unfolding of free-form movement and the wisdom of the language which the body contains.

DORA NEMES  is a Yoga Teacher/ Therapist ( RYT450), being blessed to learn under the guidance of an Indian master, Dr. Indu Arora (Yogsadhna - yoga as therapy ), and under the guidance of a Hungarian master, Anna Mezosi ( Himalayan Yoga Tradition ). Dora is also an Artist, painting beautiful yoga - related art on canvas, stones and walls , as true expressions of her Heart and Blessings. She offers Hatha & Yin Yoga classes, Private Ayurvedic Woman Yoga Therapy, Aromatherapy for emotional balance, Sound Bath Meditation, yoga workshops and retreats in Cyprus & Bali. Her passion shines through in guiding you how to open yourSelf to the Love inside; to unite, to heal, to blossom.
