Self - love Yoga & Wellness Retreat

I would like to invite you to a beautifully nurturing AUTUMN YOGA RETREAT in the mountains, in the enchanting village\ woods of Zoopigi ( Limassol district).

During the retreat we will focus on Self -Love. Figuring out what self-love looks like for you as an individual is an important part of your mental health. When you replace your existing conditions with a new understanding, you will observe exponential growth, increased level of happiness, high self-belief, increased understanding of self and life and harmony in relationships.

 * Morning meditation & mantra chanting & hatha yoga 

* Evening yin yoga ( the Yin - Side of Letting go)  

* Sound bath meditation with singing bowls 

* Self -love, self - acceptance & self - expression through Intuitive Dance 

* Aromatherapy ( introducing doTERRA essential oils) 

* 1 Magical Sauna Session ( 3 - 4 hours wellness afternoon; wood burning sauna with mountain view, essential oils, honey, AromaTouch Hand Massage by me) 

* Outdoor Jacuzzi with mountain view 

* Hiking 

* Free time, mandala drawing, reading  

* Visiting Zoopigi village

 * Vegetarian/vegan meals ( breakfast brunch, light lunch, dinner) 

 * SHARED ROOMS ( 2 and 3 single bed in a room) 

 * Body MASSAGE will be available for EXTRA 40 eur !!

DETAILS:

DATE: 28 - 30th October

 ARRIVING : between 3pm - 4pm, Friday, 28t October 

LEAVING : 3pm, Sunday, 30th October  

LOCATION : The Retreat Centre, in Zoopigi (Limassol district) 

Only 10 spaces are available! 

I will hold the retreat in case of a minimum of 6 people.

ENERGY EXCHANGE : 315 eur \ person

155 eur deposit is payable until 18th September.

The rest amount (160 eur) is payable until 10th October .

** in case of financial difficulties feel free to reach out to me and we will find a solution ;)

 * If I have to cancel the retreat because of new Covid measures, me and our host will give back your money. 

* If I have to cancel the retreat because of personal reasons ( for example: I will be ill) then we will lose our deposit for the accommodation. In this case I can offer you a 40 eur Yoga Voucher ( 4 yoga and\ or sound bath meditation sessions.)
