ABOUT DORA: Dora Nemes is a Yoga Teacher/ Therapist ( RYT450), being blessed to learn under the guidance of an Indian master, Dr. Indu Arora ( Yogsadhna - yoga as therapy ), and under the guidance of a Hungarian master, Anna Mezosi ( Himalayan Yoga Tradition ).

Dora is also an Artist, painting beautiful mandala and chakra lotus art on canvas, stones and walls , as true expressions of her Heart and Blessings.

She offers Hatha & Yin Yoga classes , Aromatherapy for emotional balance, Sound Bath Meditation, yoga workshops and retreats in Cyprus, Hungary & India.
