Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. 

Total Delivery time ( Cyprus) : 3 -8 business days
Total Delivery time ( EU) :  7 - 15 business days  

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, holidays, or customs processing.
 
Once your order has been shipped, DoraBlends is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes within the EU, or factors beyond our control. However, we are always here to support you if any issues arise.
 
At this time, we do not ship outside Cyprus and the European Union.

Due to the nature of essential oil products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
 
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
 
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We will be happy to review the situation and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
 
DoraBlends is not responsible for delays or damage caused by postal services once the package has been shipped. However, we will always do our best to support you with any shipping-related concerns.
 
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
