Women’s yoga therapy offers gentle, feminine-centered practices that support the body through the different phases of a woman’s life.
From the changing rhythms of adolescence and motherhood to the transitions of menopause and beyond, these practices help restore balance, release tension, and deepen the connection with the body.
Through mindful movement, breath, and relaxation techniques, yoga therapy supports the nervous system, encourages emotional harmony, and invites a deeper sense of wellbeing.
Creative Expression
Creative practices such as simple drawing, painting, or journaling offer a gentle way to explore your inner world. These moments of creative expression invite mindfulness, self-reflection, and emotional release, helping you connect with your intuition and deepen your understanding of yourself.
Emotional Aromatherapy
Emotions are deeply linked to physical and mental well-being. Essential oils, with their unique therapeutic properties, are used as tools to identify and release suppressed emotions hiding behind your blockages.
These natural plant essences become supportive companions on the journey of self-awareness, helping you cultivate greater emotional harmony, clarity, and wellbeing.
Sound Bath
Sound Bath uses the gentle vibrations of sonic instruments such as singing bowls, handpan, and Koshi bells.
Sound Bath is a vibrational medicine, an instantaneous way to quite your overactive mind and guides you into a gratified state of tranquility. It positively affect your nervous system, biofield and even your consciousness.
This mentorship weaves together several holistic practices that gently support women in reconnecting with their body, emotions, and inner wisdom. Each element complements the others, creating a balanced and integrative path toward greater harmony and wellbeing.

The 90 - day Mentorship Journey
This mentorship unfolds over 90 days, offering a supportive and structured journey of self-reconnection and inner balance.
Each phase gently builds upon the previous one, guiding you step by step toward greater harmony, emotional wellbeing, and a deeper connection with your feminine wisdom.
week 1
Honoring the Feminine Journey
We begin the mentorship by gently exploring where you are in your life right now. Through reflection and guided conversation, we acknowledge your personal journey with gratitude and compassion, while setting clear intentions for the path ahead.
week 4 - 5
Reconnecting the Womb & Sacral Energy
During this phase of the journey, we reconnect with the womb space as a center of feminine creativity, intuition, and emotional wisdom.
Through gentle practices such as womb meditation, feminine-centered yoga, and reflective rituals, you are invited to deepen your awareness of the natural rhythms of your body.
We also explore the wisdom of the feminine cycles — including the lunar rhythm and the archetypal qualities that shape different phases of a woman’s life.
This stage encourages you to embrace flow, honor your inner landscape, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
week 8 - 9
Opening the Heart
Here we bring attention to the heart space, gently exploring themes of compassion, connection, and emotional openness. Practices during this phase support healing, self-acceptance, and a deeper sense of love and belonging.

Spiritual Connection & Inner Wisdom
As the journey deepens, we turn toward the subtle dimensions of awareness and intuition. This stage supports the connection with your inner guidance, helping you cultivate clarity, trust, and a deeper spiritual connection.
week 2 -3
Embracing Rest & Self - care
Before moving into deeper inner exploration, we focus on slowing down and nourishing yourself. Through gentle practices that support relaxation and nervous system balance, you begin to reconnect with your inner rhythm and create space for renewal.
week 6 - 7
Cultivating Inner Strength & Resilience
Meet your Sacred Masculine.
Embrace Change & Transformation.
This stage focuses on personal power, self-trust, and resilience. You explore the qualities that support healthy boundaries, confidence, and a stronger connection with your inner strength.
week 10
Authentic Self - expression
In this phase you are invited to explore your voice and express your truth with greater clarity and confidence. Through reflection and supportive practices, you cultivate the courage to communicate and live more authentically.
week 12
Integration & Celebration
The final week is a time to reflect on your journey, integrate what you have discovered, and celebrate the transformation that has unfolded. You leave the mentorship with tools and insights that continue to support your wellbeing beyond the program.
By the end of the 12 - week journey, you will feel more connected to yourself, your body, and your inner wisdom. You will have cultivated greater balance, emotional harmony, and a deeper understanding of your own needs and rhythms.
You will also leave the mentorship with supportive tools and practices that continue to nurture your wellbeing and help you live with greater ease, clarity, and alignment in everyday life.

• 12 Private 1:1 Mentoring Sessions (90 minutes each)
