Dora is an amazing instructor who is in tune with her clients and their needs. She is very encouraging and light hearted, too. I enjoyed her private classes on the beach, as well as the Yin and Sound Bath group sessions in her studio. I've been practising yoga off and on for over 20 years and have come across many yoga teachers during this time. It's very difficult to find such a gem like Dora who lives the entire meaning of Yoga, not just the asana movements. Thank you for all your love, kindness, and teachings during my stay in Paphos.
